“Benci House is a beautifully decorated guesthouse in an excellent location, just a few steps from all the main attractions. There is a shared space at the entrance with a lounge area and a coffee machine always available. It doesn’t have a traditional hotel reception; communication with the hosts is done via WhatsApp. For anything you need, you can also reach out to the staff at the café downstairs, where breakfast is served. A tip: if you have paid for breakfast, it is served from 9:00 a.m. as……

“I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment. Very clean and had the amenities I needed during my stay. Very quiet at night. Lovely garden. I recommend this place for people who like Florence and have been before. It is not far from several bus……

“The place itself is very spacious, with lots of old-world charm. We enjoyed the flat itself. The location is great as well, with some good restaurants and a supermarket close by. Our train was scheduled to arrive at 7:30 PM, and I had notified the property of our ETA. But we had to race from the train station under threat of an extra fee if we checked in after 8 PM. Made things very stressful, and seems a little punitive. We found the kitchen was under-supplied, and the coffee maker and……
