“The hotel was beautiful. The staff was super accommodating. My friends came by from another hotel and said they had wished to have reserved here instead. Modern accommodations and of course luckily an elevator. DEFINITELY would stay here again”

“Our room was exceptionally clean and a good size. The king size bed was very comfortable. It was a bit of a maze walking through the hallway to find our room the first time but it was well worth it. Very convenient location to walk almost everywhere. We would for sure stay here again”

“房間陳舊 設施有污漬及塵 有數隻烏蠅 網上房間照片不可信 早餐正常 唯一是空調足夠”

“I loved the location! Very close to the Duomo and places to eat and shop! Also in walking distance from the train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful with storing my luggage before and after check-out so I could freely move about the city!”

“The concierge was so helpful with getting us settled in our beautiful room and helping us get a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay.”

“Great room and nice hospitality ”

“we stayed for 3 nights, it's located in old town centre, no elevator so you have to carry luggages up, but the room looks clean and big, the owner is nice, recommended for budget travellers”

“Everything is perfect .Highly recommend 💯”

“Todo muy limpio y súper amable”

“Loved the property and the room. Spacious room and well clean. Location was great. Highly recommend it.”

“空間很大，但浴室的淋浴空間很小，整體說來是舒適的。”

“The hotel staff and the breakfasts were very nice. For the rooms, the design of the washroom and the overall tidiness shall be improved.”

“地点虽然离景点远了一点，但仍可以接受！酒店预留车位，也比较适合自驾！”

“Staff hard to reach, but amenities are excellent as listed..”

“The receptionist is very helpful and polite. The room is exactly same as photo. You can see the Duomo. Not much food selection in their snack bar but you can still buy the pastry within 3 mins walking. Safe for solo trip. ”
